An Englishman's Castle - Restrung
An Englishman's Castle, from our second EP 'On The Verge,' is a song about our own experience of the housing crisis. This version has been reimagined with a string quartet, arranged by the quite brilliant violinist Jan Halen, a childhood friend of Polly. Jan needed to put together a portfolio of string arrangements as part of her work, and so we offered her our track to use! It was really such a privilege to work with such a skilled musician as Jan and we were so incredibly pleased with the result we just had to share this with you!
